The villa consists of a large living pavilion with 5 luxurious bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Relax around a 25m infinity swimming pool, admire the stunning views by the pool-side chill-out pavilion or enjoy a movie with state of the art erntertainment system. The villa is located next door to its sister property, villa 35, which is a similiary designed but newly completed (2011) holiday rental villa. Together, both villas can accomodate up to 20 guests.

All 5 bedrooms have been luxuriously appointed with king-size beds, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, satellite, security safe, mini-fridge and ensuite bathroom. The ensuites are superbly fitted with free-flowing showers, polished stainless fixtures and terazzo bathtubs.

This Koh Samui villa is set high amongst the picturesque hills of Bophut. A superior quality, five bedroom villa with commanding, panoramic sea and island views. The villa has been designed for tropical outdoor open-plan living while maintaining a high level of privacy.

Take a cooling dip in the 25m infinity-edged pool or relax on the modern outdoor furnishings on the expansive pool-side terrace. An abundance of tropical garden life flourishes throughout the villa which is surrounded by views over coconut groves, white beaches, tropical islands and crystal waters.

The combined kitchen, dining and lounge area hosts a spacious kitchen area with dining table for twelve guests and a lounge area with large U-shaped sofa and modern home entertainment system. The pool-side bar area makes it possible to accomodate a further ten guests and is equipped with a high quality outdoor sound system, wine cooler, fridge and electric hobs.
