On the 2nd floor of the property are 3 bedrooms and the fourth bedroom is located on the floor below the living room.

The master bedroom, on the second floor, has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with modern rainshower and bathtub with sea view. This floor also hosts another king-size room and a twin bedroom which both share a bathroom. These 2nd floor bedrooms have TV, DVD and sliding glass doors with sea view.

The fourth double bedroom (additional charge of $75 USD) is also available on request. This bedroom is accessed from the car park area and also has en-suite facilities.

Villa 16 is built on an elevated position with breathtaking views of Big Buddha bay, neighbouring islands and a wonderful sunset. The villa is designed in architecturally comtemporary style seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor tropical living. Located in Bangrak, near Big Buddha temple, this holiday rental is within walking distance of the beach, local bars, restaurants and convenience stores and a short drive to all nearby tourist areas.

From the parking area, the villa is entered up a flight of stairs which brings you to a spacious living/dining area on the 1st floor with glass sliding walls that allow the cooling sea breeze to flow through and exceptional sea views. Furnished with high quality contemporary style decor consisting of a corner sofa and coffee table and a dining table whcih caters for up to 8 guests. The entertainment system consists of a 42" plasma Tv and home theatre, satellite, DVD, I-pod dock and Playstation 2.
The fully western kitchen is separated from the dining area with a breakfast bar and stools and a bathroom is accessable from the kitchen and pool-deck.

This living/dining area opens up onto a spacious pool deck with 50 sqm infinity edge swimming pool and corner Jacuzzi with endless sea and island views. The deck is furnished with quality teak sun loungers, umbrellas and tables and chairs with ottomans for your relaxation.

At the rear of the living room, an open staircase leads to the villa's second floor where a gallery corridor accesses all 3 of the second floor bedrooms. An external staircase leads to a 90 sqm roof terrace with outdoor dining, bar and BBQ with exquisite views to both Bangrak Bay and chaweng Beach.


This Koh Samui villa is also equipped with double-glazed windows and sliding doors allowing effective temperature control. An alarm system is fitted and there is 24/7 security.
