The villa is in a quiet area on the Chaweng hill-side with mountain and ocean views. It has an east facing patio area with panoramic sea views. Accessed via a concrete road which connects to the main island ring-road in Chaweng town.

The villa comprises of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one with a walk-in shower and the second with bathtub. One double bed and two twins is that standard bed configuration but both twins can be pushed together to form a double. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa is detached with two double bedrooms, a fully fitted western style kitchen and a lounge/diner. The living room accomodates 6 guests and the dining room caters for 4 dining guests. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

For your entertainment, the villa has 36" plasma TV, video, dvd and UBC satellite/cable.

The villa has a private 16 sq.m. pool and enjoys a sunrise aspect with sea and mountain views.
