Surrounding Area and Driving Times

Villa 17 is situated in one of the most sought after areas on Koh Samui. The villa faces Eastwards and is perched on a hillside on the north-eastern peninsular of Koh Samui, above the idyllic beach location of Tongson Bay (2 minutes walk away) with a picture postcard view of Koh Phang Ngan island to the north.

5 Bedrooms

There are four spacious double bedrooms; the top two bedrooms have vaulted raised timber ceilings with beautifully finished ensuite bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. They are both equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, kettle and security safe. The huge grand Master Bathroom has a step-up spa, luxuriously finished with granite and marble. This bathroom also has its own a/c.

There is another master bedroom/bathroom suite on the lower level; this is a very large area which incorporates a dressing room, ensuite bathroom and generous balcony. This bedroom features a two-way bed, mood lighting and a large ceiling mirror which adds natural brightness to the room. This bedroom also comes with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, fridge, kettle and security safe. The room has full length windows which allows a fantastic view of Tongson Bay at all times from your bed. This room also leads out to under the villa, through the dressing room, to a small patio area with a hammock, to relax in the garden in the cool shade underneath the villa.

Adjacent to this room is another bedroom with twin beds, ideally suited for children, designed with an ocean theme, and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, fridge, kettle, security safe, and a child safe bathroom.

There is also an additional single bedroom with ensuite bathroom, perfectly suited as a maid’s room, leading from the laundry.

Robes and slippers are supplied in each bedroom.

Overview

An extraordinarily spacious luxury villa arranged on 5 split levels with extensive, simply stunning panoramic sea views. The villa is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people combining complete privacy with unique social areas.

The luxury kitchen is superbly fitted out with beech wood cabinets and granite bench tops and is completely equipped with hi-tec brand name appliances; dishwasher, microwave, Smeg oven and hotplate with stainless air extractor over the hotplate and Siemens stainless steel refrigerator along with icemaker. The kitchen also has a built-in bar for serving drinks, along with a granite bench top breakfast bar to compliment it.

The villa features a grand open plan living and dining area which contains a TV viewing area with specially designed seating and a 10 seater teak and white marble dining table. This area is adjacent to an infinity edge swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi spa that suspends above the sparkling waters of Tongson Bay and the 180 degree ocean view. There is a/c to these areas as well as suspended ceiling fans. A guest bathroom on this level (with a shower) is a well-thought-out addition to this area.

The large laundry room has a large black granite bench top with sink and cupboards above and below the bench, a front loading washing machine, and a clothes dryer. The villa can also be accessed via the laundry door and it is protected by the CCTV security system.

Also on this level is a large cellar, spectacularly furnished for storage of wine & spirit bottles with a table and bench seats for wine tasting! A temperature regulated wine refrigerator to keep the champagne and white wine at optimum temperature together with an adjacent bar refrigerator for mixed drinks. This cellar is a feature of the villa and has to be seen to be believed, with a lot of teak wood in the construction along with being fully air-conditioned.
