Chaweng is the largest and busiest beach resort on Koh Samui. Restaurants and bars line long, white sands and the busy beach road. Bophut is the home of the Fisherman's Village and many upmarket Spa resorts. This quieter beach streches westwards towards Maenam. Bangrak is a semi-sleepy beach town overlooked by the Big Buddha statue. Slightly cheaper restaurants and bars line the beach road. Often busy in peak season. Choeng Mon beach is a favourite with visitors and ex-pats. The bay has clear, shallow water. Upmarket 5 star hotels mingle with smaller beach resorts. Chaweng Noi is the Southern bay of Chaweng Beach. Quieter than its busy cousin with boutique and budget resorts. Only a few kiometres from Chaweng. Lamai has a busy town centre and long, wide beach. A fusion of boutique resorts line than sands and the town boasts some lively nightlife Hua Thanon is known locally as the 'Muslim Village'. A quiet fishing town with a charming atmosphere and good, reasonably priced sea food. Bang Kao is one of the most undeveloped areas of Samui, with a few private luxury villas and spas. If you want peace and quiet, this is it. Thong Krut is a little fishing village and exit point for trips to Koh Tan. Brightly coloured fishing boats and stunning sea views. Taling Ngam has beautiful island and sea views A quiet area with some private villas and upmarket Spa hotels. Lipa Noi is a quiet, serene beach area with stunning island views. Few resorts and a few luxury private villa complexes. No nightlife or shopping. Nathon is the commercial, transport and administrative centre of Koh Samui. Nathon has less choice of accomodation but good shopping and well worth a visit Bang Po is a 4km clean, beautiful though empty beach. Cheap sea food restaurants can be found along the road. A few small resorts and upmarket spas. Maenam beach was home tof the first beach bungalows on Koh Samui. The beach is 4 km of clean sand and sparkling water. Bedroom (B1) overlooks the sea – bedroom (B2) is behind bedroom (B1). To the rear of this block is a fully fitted European style kitchen. The large 64sqm air-conditioned Master Bedroom (3) overlooks the pool and includes a lounge area and en-suite bathroom with large bath – rainfall shower and LCD TV on the wall which can be viewed whilst in the bath. Glazed doors look out to an interesting waterfall feature.
At the rear of the Master bedroom is an enclosed private courtyard.The 4th bedroom is directly behind the gymnasium with an en-suite bathroom. To the rear are two further large bedroom suites (B5) and (B6) both with en-suite bathrooms.

There is a two-storey house at the rear (B7) with ensuite bathrooms on both floors, although this is still a good bedroom by anyone’s imagination, it doesn’t really meet the same 5-star standards of this particular house, but for all intents and purposes, this is still a good bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Overview

A 3-6 bedroom privately owned beachfront villa with ocean views across to Koh Phangan Island in one of Koh Samui’s most convenient and sought after residential locations. Conveniently located on the main ring road within easy reach of the island’s main attractions.

Set within private walled grounds of over 1,600 square metres directly on the beach. The unique layout with private suites ensure guests can enjoy their own private section of the villa when required. There are ample areas of shaded terrace around the villa. The villa is not overlooked by the beach, and privacy from the beach is assured by the raised elevation above the beach.

Villa 28 has a large indoor living area, large main lounge that comfortably seats 10 adults, with a modern gourmet kitchen and an additional fully equipped restaurant style kitchen. There is a formal dining area, an ideal place for the family and friends to get together. The main living accommodation and main bedrooms face the beach front. There is a large commercial style kitchen and laundry room in the villa which also houses the emergency generator and a fully equipped gym/fitness room overlooking the pool complete with a shower room. Fully air conditioned throughout the whole villa. There are 6+1 bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

Externally, the grounds are landscaped with a large pool and sala adjacent to the beach – and a sala in the gardens at the rear.

The sandy beach and shallow waters make it very suitable for young children and adults alike. A constant gentle breeze tempers the tropical sunshine.
