The main villa building has two upstairs bedrooms with private ensuite facilities, sea and hill views and back access to the terrace, vaulted ceilings, teak beds (canopy and platform), mosquito nets, desk and chairs, built-in wardrobes (with a safe in master room) and a sunken bath in the master ensuite.
The adjoining guest wing (separated by a terrace and al fesco dining area) offers full privacy for additional guests in two further bedrooms with ensuites. The guest wing offers a second floor bedroom with en-suite bath, AC, fan, TV, DVD player and a huge bamboo bunk bed and lower level bedroom with single bed,en-suite bath, fan and a comfy rocking chair
A privately owned Mediterranean style villa, nestled in the hilltops of the secluded Santi Thani Estate.
Open floor design for living, dining and kitchen areas with high, vaulted ceilings
features throughout the house. Tasteful furniture and decor from around the
world complement its timeless appeal. The views of the rolling hills, forests, and
distant islands are seen from nearly every corner and give this villa a feeling of
peace and serenity.
The house was designed to accommodate outdoor living—optimizing sunlight and sunset views. It is spacious and practical — allowing for everything to be within sight and reach. It opens to outside from every direction, merging the outdoor scenery with indoor decor. The air feels fresh and cool high up in the hills, particularly in the mornings with the breeze flowing through the opened doors and windows. Furnished with the main purpose of ease and functionality, the interior is subtle yet elegant.
The ground floor of the main house is a spacious, open lounge/dining/kitchen area which opens to the pool area. For entertainment, a 36" plasma TV with satellite and DVD sits in front of a large L-sofa. There is both indoor and shaded outdoor dining area. The modern kitchen offers all conveniences you could imagine, including gas hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, blender, toaster etc..

A large garden surrounding the house practically conceals it from view. On a busy day, one may spot perhaps ten cars passing by on the below access road winding through the hills — mostly neighbors or maintenance staff making their rounds. Yet the house feels sheltered even from this infrequent passage.
The garden is made of mostly indigenous trees and plants that grew here long before the house was built. Only bougonvilleas, cactai and morning glory were added for contrast and a touch of flare. Several fruit trees, mainly mango, coconut and papaya, still produce seasonal fruits. Enjoying these freshly picked for breakfast or snack makes one feel like living in the middle of a jungle.
The best time to sit in the garden is just after the rain, observing the mist engulfing the hill tops, in complete silence and rising awe.
